Couples Therapy
EMDR
I work well with individuals and couples who are finding themselves at times of change. Whether that change is motivated by a desire to grow and seek greater fulfillment or one that is an unexpected cause of suffering, change has the potential for transformation. I love working with people one-on-one or in the context of a relationship to find their paths toward acceptance, connection, and wholeness.
At my core, I am humanistic and strengths-based. I trust my clients’ self-knowledge and capacities for growth and see my role as a partner in accessing and bringing clarity to that wisdom. I integrate approaches to suit each clients’ needs and goals by attuning to and utilizing relational dynamics, trauma-informed practices, and mindfulness. My goal as a therapist is to create a safe, non-judgmental space for authentic exploration. I also believe in the power of feeling good—you can expect me to wholeheartedly celebrate moments of joy, share laughs, and express genuine appreciation.

I offer free 15-minute phone or video calls so that we can get to know each other a bit before beginning work together. One of the most important steps of beginning therapy is determining fit for what you’re needing at this time.
-
I offer video or phone sessions to clients located across California as well as in-person sessions in San Francisco.

While I am out of network for insurance, I can provide you superbills that can be submitted to your insurance provider for a reimbursement, depending on your individual plan.
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
